DOY|STAR is born from the perfect combination of DOY|FILL and DOY|MAKE, delivering a complete and future-proof packaging platform.
Thanks to this truly modular concept, customers can start with DOY|FILL, a high-performance rotary fill & seal solution for pre-made pouches, and then upgrade at any time by integrating DOY|MAKE, the pouch-making unit that produces DOY-PAK bags directly from film reels, including plastic and eco-sustainable materials.
The integration is fast, straightforward, and can be carried out directly at the customer’s site, with minimal disruption to operations. This gives manufacturers a smart, step-by-step investment path: they can launch and grow their product using pre-made pouches, and once market demand is confirmed, they can switch to in-house pouch production.
